Today was the last call. Next cohort starts May 27.

Seven weeks done. The next cohort opens a week from today — Wednesday, May 27, 1:30pm EST. Same room, same format, new material. If you want to keep the practice in the calendar without a gap, this is how.

Why continue now

You've got momentum right now. The daily practice is in your day, the hot-seat reps are wired in, and your ear is sharper than it was seven weeks ago. The cleanest way to keep that going is to not put a gap between cohorts.

Everything you've been doing the last seven weeks stays in place: the daily 2–4 minute practice, the hot-seat coaching, the WhatsApp group, the recordings. New songs, harder progressions, fresh transcription material. Same method, same room.

What every week includes

Four things, every week.

One live group call (60 minutes)

Teaching plus live hot-seat coaching. Several students get individualized feedback on the spot every call. Recordings posted after.

A daily ear training practice (2–4 minutes)

The foundational habit. No instrument needed. You've been running it for seven weeks — this keeps it in the calendar.

Daily practice assignments (15–20 minutes)

Clear, structured, short enough to fit any schedule. Not "practice more" — exactly what to do and why. Adaptable to any instrument.

Group chat (WhatsApp)

Same chat, same people, new material to share. Community and accountability between calls.

The hot seat

Still the engine of the cohort.

You know how this works. Every student gets called on multiple times across the seven weeks. You play by ear in real time while I listen and tell you exactly where your ear is tracking correctly and where it's breaking down.

What changes next cohort is what you bring to the seat. Sharper ear, different gaps, harder material to work on. The seat itself stays the same — that's why the room is capped.

Continuing-student questions

What you might be wondering.

Am I just paying for the same thing twice?
No. The framework — three phases, daily practice, hot-seat coaching — stays the same because that's the method. What rotates every cohort: the songs we work through, the chord progressions we drill, the phrases we transcribe, the melodies you hunt for. The reps stay fresh and the seat coaching tracks wherever your ear actually is now.
Will it feel repetitive after the cohort I just did?
The structure will feel familiar. The work won't. You're walking in with a sharper ear than you had on day one of the last cohort, so the same exercises hit at a different layer. People who stack two cohorts back-to-back tend to get more out of round two than round one — the ear is built, the practice is wired, and the gains compound instead of starting cold.
Can I change tiers this round?
Yes. Pick whichever tier fits how you want to work this round. Some folks step up from Standard to VIP for the private lessons. Some go the other way and keep it light.
What if I need a week off in the middle?
Take it. Every call is recorded. The daily practice is yours to maintain. Show up to as many calls as you can — but life doesn't pause for a cohort and I don't expect it to.
When does enrollment close?
When spots are filled. The cohort is capped so the hot-seat coaching stays usable. Once it's full, the next option is the waitlist for the following round.
I want to come back but I'm not sure I can swing the timing this round.
The calls are 60 minutes once a week, 15–20 minutes of daily practice, plus the 2–4 minute habit. If even that's too tight, skip this round and grab the next one. The method works the same whichever cohort you're in. But if you can swing it, continuity matters more than people think — the gains compound, and gaps compound the other way.

P.S. — You've got momentum right now. The next cohort starts a week from today on purpose — so the daily practice stays in your calendar without a reset. The hardest reset in ear training is the one where you stop practicing for a month and try to come back cold. Continuing avoids that.
